The present invention relates to a sludge removal assembly for an onshore aquaculture tank. In particular, the sludge removal assembly for an onshore aquaculture tank enables sludge collected at the bottom of a water tank to be easily discharged to the outside of the water tank without electric power, by using water pressure which is generated while a hollow sludge inducement pipe is lifted in the breeding water of the water tank. To this end, an onshore aquaculture tank storing breeding water and providing a space for fish swimming is provided. The sludge removal assembly for an onshore aquaculture tank comprises: a sludge discharging box provided on an upper part of one side of the aquaculture tank and collecting sludge of the aquaculture tank; a discharge pipe provided with a pipeline connected to the inside of the sludge discharging box and providing a pipeline for discharging, by free fall, the sludge collected in the sludge discharging box and the breeding water to the outside of the aquaculture tank; and a sludge inducement pipe provided with a pipeline connected to the inside of the sludge discharging box, having one end portion hinge-coupled to the sludge discharging box, and vertically rotated around the one end portion and lifted to the upper and lower sides of the breeding water of the aquaculture tank so as to be immersed in the breeding water of the aquaculture tank or lifted from the breeding water. When the sludge inducement pipe is immersed in the breeding water of the aquaculture tank, sludge is discharged through the sludge inducement pipe, such that water pressure is generated and the sludge of the breeding water is transferred to the sludge discharging box through the sludge inducement pipe.
