System and Method for Developing Ground System Based on Framework

The present invention relates to a system and a method for developing a ground system based on a framework. The system according to the present invention comprises: a data model layer connected to a satellite via an interface and storing satellite data including remote measurement data and ground command data received through the interface; a framework kernel layer which is provided with components providing at least one among a control and monitoring service, a security service, a scheduling service, and a satellite operating service and with a component framework, and on which a service integration platform is mounted for an interface with an electronic ground test facility or another ground system; a management layer composed of a control and monitoring related management component performing communications with the framework kernel layer to perform a function provided by the framework kernel layer; and an application layer composed of an application component interlinked with the management layer to provide a satellite control function under the control of the management layer. The present invention can have versatility and integrity by developing the ground system based on a framework method, not a top-down method.
