The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing egg hatching rate of hatching eggs containing ionized zinc, and a method for enhancing egg hatching rate of hatching eggs, comprising a step of injecting ionized zinc into the hatching eggs. The composition containing ionized zinc according to the present invention can be provided as a composition for enhancing the hatching rate of hatching eggs since the composition exhibits an effect of enhancing the hatching rate of the hatching eggs by being injected into the hatching eggs.
