According to an embodiment of the present invention, a phantom for testing a contact radiation treatment source comprises: a body unit formed by stacking a plurality of plates formed of a polymer material having a density of a human body and an error range of 0.5 kg/m^3 or smaller; a source support unit for supporting a radiation source based on an X-ray inserted into any one of the plurality of plates; and a radiation measurement unit installed on a plate positioned below the plate into which the radiation source based on the X-ray is inserted among the plurality of plates, and installed to overlap the center thereof and the center of the radiation source based on the X-ray while the radiation source based on the X-ray is inserted into the body unit.
