The present invention relates to a combined treatment system of tar and volatile organic compounds, and a combined method for treating tar and volatile organic compounds using the same. The combined treatment system comprises: a tar removal unit for removing tar among the introduced tar and volatile organic compounds (VOCs); and a VOCs adsorption unit connected to the tar removal unit to remove VOCs. The tar removal unit comprises: a filter unit for filtering tar; a heat exchanger connected to the filter unit and performing heat exchange between the air provided to the filter unit and the cleaned air of the filter unit; and a first catalyst unit for removing harmful substances from the air which has been cleaned by the filter unit.
