The present invention relates to a panty liner capable of relieving dysmenorrhea. According to the present invention, the panty liner comprises a skin contact layer and an inner layer, which are made of medical non-woven fabric. A drug bag is disposed between the skin contact layer and the inner layer, and is made by adhering powder to a traditional Chinese volatile drug oil bag with hydrosol and pressing the same. The traditional Chinese volatile drug oil bag comprises 1.8 to 2.5 parts by weight of a traditional Chinese volatile drug oil composition and 6 to 20 parts by weight of starch. The traditional Chinese volatile drug oil composition comprises: 5 to 10 parts by weight of Calculus bovis Artifactus oil; 5 to 10 parts by weight of Cimicifuga heracleifolia Komarov oil; 5 to 10 parts by weight of Curcuma longa Linne oil; and 1 to 2 parts by weight of Tussilago farfara L. oil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
