The present invention relates to a P2P car sharing system and a P2P car sharing method using the same. The P2P car sharing system comprises: a database in which lease information for lease vehicles uploaded by a plurality of owners is stored through owner terminals; and a matching management server which provides the lease information for the lease vehicles stored in the database to a lessee terminal when a vehicle lease signal is inputted from the lessee terminal connected through a communications network, and matches an owner who owns the lease vehicle with a lessee who owns the lessee terminal. According to the present invention, the P2P car sharing system and the P2P car sharing method using the same use a method of sharing a vehicle which is rented or leased by an individual person, and have advantages of reducing a purchase rate of an additional vehicle, and minimizing an idle vehicle so as to solve a social problem of traffic through traffic congestion mitigation and efficient traffic demand management and to realize sharing economy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
