The present invention relates to a bending tool for a medical osteosynthesis plate, configured to bend an osteosynthesis plate in vertical and horizontal directions so as to deform the osteosynthesis plate precisely and accurately into a desired shape according to a shape of a fractured bone during an osteosynthesis procedure, thereby reducing a time required for deformation of the osteosynthesis plate, and to provide a shape of the plate, optimally deformed for the shape of a fractured bone, thereby increasing a success rate of the procedure, and to a bending kit for a medical osteosynthesis plate including the same. According to the present invention, the bending tool is configured to bend a medical osteosynthesis plate having a plurality of through-holes, wherein screws are fastened to the respective through-holes. The bending tool for a medical osteosynthesis plate comprises: a pair of plate bending members detachably coupled to the through-holes of the osteosynthesis plate; a vertical deformation coupling unit formed on one end portion of each of the plate bending members; a horizontal deformation coupling unit formed on the other end portion of each of the plate bending members; and a handle member detachably coupled to the pair of plate bending members.
