A disclosed padding material for a car interior material comprises a polyurethane foam member, a polyurethane hot melt coating layer and a humid curing type polyurethane hot melt adhering layer. When heat is applied to the polyurethane hot melt coating layer, car interior materials in various types adhere to the padding material of the car interior materials without the separate additional processes. When the car interior materials adhere to the padding material for the car interior material, the car interior materials are uniformly attached, and the thickness of the car interior material is kept in the required thickness. Even if heat is applied during a post-processing of adhering the car interior materials to the padding material for the car interior material, the car interior materials are prevented from deformation.
