According to an embodiment of the present invention, a non-contact electrocardiography measurement circuit comprises: a non-contact measurement unit for acquiring and outputting a measurement signal of a signal source in a non-contact manner; an amplification control unit for amplifying the measurement signal so as to output the amplified measurement signal to an output terminal; and an input impedance calibration circuit connected to an input terminal and the output terminal of the amplification control unit so as to perform a background calibration of an input impedance during an electrocardiography measurement mode operation of the amplification control unit.
