The present invention relates to a fluorescent imaging system capable of autofocus using a focus variable lens and frequency modulation of a light source. The fluorescent imaging system comprises: a camera module having any one focus variable lens among a plurality of lenses; a camera control module to vertically move a focus position of the focus variable lens to extract a focus of an fluorescent image; and a light source control module to supply a current corresponding to a periodic function having a prescribed frequency to a light source of the camera module to control an on-off function of the light source. According to the present invention, the fluorescent imaging system scans in a depth direction through the focus variable lens, supplies a current corresponding to a periodic function having a prescribed frequency to the light source (LED) to control an on-off function of the light source to accurately and quickly discover a focus for a lesion to allow an adjustment, suppresses continuous heat generation to resolve a heat problem of the light source, and can acquire a fluorescent image with high contrast even under bright lighting of an operation room to allow early diagnosis of a lesion.
