The present invention relates to a medium composition for cell proliferation, skin regeneration, and wrinkle improvement by containing as active components a conditioned medium of embryonic fibroblasts (FBs), neural stem cells (NSCs), or blastoderm pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) which are cells separated from the eggs of birds. More specifically, an egg cell conditioned medium can be useful in a medium composition for cell proliferation and a cosmetic composition for skin regeneration or wrinkle improvement since the egg cell conditioned medium is able to block the source of pollution caused by the use of animal serum, shows various cell proliferation effects including human stem cells and skin cells without the possibility of the transmission of heterologous infectious agents caused by the use of feeder cells; and shows meaningful effects in skin regeneration or wrinkle improvement.
