Disclosed are an integrated shopping mall platform service system which is connected to at least one user terminal and an offline store terminal through a network and provides a user terminal with product information and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the integrated shopping mall platform service system comprises: a database unit for storing member information, product information, and point information; and a server for performing a member authentication process of a user terminal, providing the product information and the point information stored in the database unit in accordance with selection of the user terminal, and providing a point to correspond to product purchase of a user. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a point is allowed to serve as a substantial money function by integrating various online points of a point for usage of Internet content or product usage when purchasing a product in an Internet shopping mall, a point for viewing an advertisement, a point for participation in an event, etc. and a point accumulated after purchasing a product and the like in an offline store.
