The present invention relates to a solar cell for short-distance movement of an electric vehicle in an emergency, and a use thereof. The solar cell uses photovoltaic thermal (PVT) as a solar cell, and simultaneously uses photoelectricity and solar heat so as to increase efficiency. Vantablack used as paint is an invention of British ′Surrey Nano Systems′, and is the paint which can absorb up to 99% of light, thereby increasing a heat absorption rate by being used in the solar cells.
