The present invention relates to a composition capable of being antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, suppressing sebum secretion, and alleviating dermatitis by including a plant extract mixture and, more specifically, to a composition capable of being antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, suppressing sebum secretion, and alleviating dermatitis by including a mixture of five plant extracts which are Prunella vulgaris, Magnolia liliflora, Glycine soya, Glycyrrhiza glabra, and Centella asiatica as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the composition including the extract mixture as an active ingredient has effects of: inhibiting the growth of microorganisms related to skin problems, preventing the oxidation of skin cells caused by active oxygen, alleviating skin inflammation, and controlling sebocyte division and sebum secretion by having excellent antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and sebum secretion suppressing effects; and alleviating dermatitis by reducing the oil content of sebum, the value of sebum secretion, and the number of closed comedos and open comedos on atopic or acne-prone skin. Moreover, the composition can be used safely even for long-term use since the composition has little toxicity and side effects, and particularly, can be safely applied to cosmetic materials and a pharmaceutical composition.
