The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization containing Opuntia ficus-indica fruit extracts and a composite compound of panthenol, hyaluronic acid and betaine as active ingredients. The composition comprises Opuntia ficus-indica fruit extracts, panthenol, hyaluronic acids and betaine by a specific weight ratio, and may greatly increase a moisturizing change rate of skin compared when only single ingredient is used. In addition, the composition has no cytotoxicity and skin side effect, thereby being safely used for a long time especially, as a cosmetic composition.
