The present invention relates to a hemming structure of a hybrid door and a hemming method of the hybrid door, which are able to prevent deformation by a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between an outer panel, which is made of aluminum materials, and an inner panel, which is made of steel materials. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hemming structure of the hybrid door is a hemming structure of a hybrid door having an inner panel and outer panel, which are made of different materials, which includes a contact area where the inner panel and the outer panel come in contact with each other on an end unit of each of the two panels. The contact area is divided into a first contact area, on which a sealer is spread on a contact surface of the inner panel and outer panel, and a second contact area, which is extended from the first contact area to be bent and come in contact with the inner panel of the first contact area. The second contact area has a bonding unit where the inner panel and outer panel are mechanically bonded.
