The present invention relates to a generation device and a method of a quasi-vertical profile of observation variables from a weather radar, and a recording medium thereof, which are able to, when identifying a vertical structure of precipitation by using a radar, calculate vertical observation data with a high resolution with data of a specific altitude angle. According to the present invention, the generation device of the quasi-vertical profile of observation variables from the weather radar comprises: an altitude angle selection unit which selects an altitude angle; a first profile generation unit which generates a quasi-vertical profile of single and dual polarimetric variables in accordance with the selected altitude angle; a pre-processing unit which pre-processes a radial velocity; a Fourier coefficient calculation unit which displays a radial velocity-azimuth curve in a type of Fourier series to calculate a Fourier coefficient; and a second profile generation unit which uses the calculated Fourier coefficient to calculate one or more of a speed substance, shear transformation, elongational flow, synthetic deformation, and horizontal convergence/divergence, and to generate each quasi-vertical profile.
