According to the present invention, provided is a portable message reader for the blind, which comprises: a portable message reader which is wearable on an index finger of a user; a circuit converting a message input to the reader into digital signals and outputting the message; a Bluetooth earphone outputting data through the scanner as voice data; and a portable charging case. According to the present invention, the message is recognized through the portable reader, and the blind can easily recognize more messages by providing the portable text reader for the blind which can convert the message into voice and output the message.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
