The present invention, in a catalyst comprising a Pt-Ni alloy, discloses the catalyst and a catalyst composition comprising an alloy in which two kinds of elements are mixed, wherein the elements comprise platinum (Pt) and nickel (Ni), and a method for synthesizing hydrogen peroxide using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a novel catalyst that can replace an expensive palladium (Pd) catalyst, and to provide the catalyst having high activity to a hydrogen peroxide direct synthesis reaction.
