The present invention relates to a hydrogen supply apparatus which can be provided between a high-pressure vessel and a stack in a hydrogen supply line, and a control method thereof. In the hydrogen supply line of a fuel cell system provided between the high-pressure vessel and the stack, a piezoelectric part formed inside the hydrogen supply line is included. The present invention relates to a hydrogen supply apparatus for a fuel cell system in which energy is generated in the piezoelectric part by pressure of a fluid passing through the piezoelectric part in the hydrogen supply line, and a control method thereof.
