APPARUTUS AND METHOD FOR ANALYZING USER PROCESS BASED ON STANDARD PROCESS

A process analysis method performed in a data analysis apparatus and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The process analysis method includes: a step of obtaining an event log which recorded execution results of detailed tasks included in a process; a step of generating a user process model for the process based on the event log; a step of obtaining a first standard process model for the process; and a step of analyzing abnormality of an execution flow of the user by comparing a user execution flow of the detailed tasks according to the user process model and a standard execution flow of the detailed tasks according to the first standard process model. As a result, it is possible to efficiently analyze a user process.
