The present invention provides a data center simulation method and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having a computer program recorded therein to perform the same. The data center simulation method comprises the following steps of: storing at least one hardware configuration file and at least one function description file of a data center in a configuration file application; using the at least one hardware configuration file and the at least one function description file to generate a simulation program of the data center by a data center storage evaluation framework application; and performing a flow-based simulation in the simulation program generated by the data center storage evaluation framework application by a simulator.
