According to an embodiment of the present invention, a performance monitoring system of a thermal management module (TMM) comprises: a TMM which receives coolant from cylinder head and cylinder block and distributes the coolant to preset coolant components; and a controller which closes, when a first condition is satisfied from driving information, all coolant passages formed in the TMM to supply the coolant to the coolant components and performs heating performance diagnosis using temperature change characteristics of the coolant.
