The present invention relates to a cement concrete composition for a sewage pipe, which comprises 15 to 40 wt% of an inorganic binder of a specific composition, 15 to 60 wt% of a fine aggregate, 15 to 65 wt% of a coarse aggregate, 3 to 20 wt% of a performance modifier of a specific composition, and 2 to 25 wt% of water, and to a ceramic coating agent composition, and a concrete composite cross-section swage pipe using the same. The cement concrete composition for a sewage pipe of the present invention remarkably improves strength, bonding force, and durability to prevent corrosion of concrete due to chemical erosion, thereby remarkably reducing maintenance costs used therefor. In addition, acid resistance, alkali resistance, roughness coefficient, abrasion resistance, flame resistance, etc. are improved by using the ceramic finishing agent composition, such that deposition of a sewage slurry is not generated, a construction period is shortened, and the concrete corrosion can be prevented, thereby remarkably reducing maintenance costs.
