The present invention relates to a night purge operation method using natural ventilation. The night purge operation method for reducing a cooling load on the next day in a building, comprises the steps of: installing a window opening and closing device capable of automatically opening and closing a window positioned on each floor in the building; installing an upper floor door capable of automatically opening and closing the upper floor door vented with the window and vented with the outside of the building; installing a middle door opening and closing device capable of automatically opening and closing a middle door located at a position vented with the window and the upper floor door; installing a temperature sensor measuring the temperature of external air; and installing a control unit controlling the operation of the window opening and closing device, the upper floor door opening and closing device and the middle door opening and closing device, wherein the control unit opens the window opening and closing device, the upper floor door opening and closing device and the middle door opening and closing device according to the temperature measured by the temperature sensor to induct external air through each window and to discharge warm indoor air to the outside through the upper floor door. According to the present invention, the method can induct external air by natural ventilation at night, consuming the minimum energy which reduces the load at the beginning point of cooling on the next day.
