The present invention relates to a wet type desulfurization device capable of improving desulfurization efficiency, and a wet type desulfurization method using the same and, more specifically, to a wet type desulfurization device capable of improving desulfurization efficiency by dividing the inside of the desulfurization device into two areas and performing a desulfurization treatment with alkaline slurry having different pHs, and a wet type desulfurization method using the same. For the above, the wet type desulfurization device includes: a chamber which has an internal space divided into a first area and a second area by installing a first partition wall and has an exhaust gas inlet, where exhaust gas including sulfur (S) flows in, on a side surface and an exhaust gas outlet, where exhaust gas from which sulfur (S) is removed is discharged, in the upper part; a slurry storage unit which is divided into a first slurry storage unit and a second slurry storage unit by installing a second partition wall, and receives and stores alkaline slurry; a first slurry spray unit which is positioned in the first area, receives the alkaline slurry stored in the first slurry storage unit, and sprays the received alkaline slurry to exhaust gas; a second slurry spray unit which is positioned in the second area, receives the alkaline slurry stored in the second slurry storage unit, and sprays the received alkaline slurry to exhaust gas; and a mist removal unit which is positioned in the upper end of the second area and removes the moisture of the exhaust gas where sulfur (S) is removed by passing through the second slurry spray unit. The exhaust gas containing sulfur is introduced into the exhaust gas inlet, passes sequentially through the first area and the second area, and then is discharged to the exhaust gas outlet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
