The present invention relates to a wood plastic composite material using natural nano new material, waste wood powder and common wood powder, and a production method thereof. The wood plastic composite material uses a mixture of wood powder and plastic as a main raw material, wherein the wood powder is a mixture of mixing the common wood powder and the waste wood powder in a weight ratio of 5 : 5, and the plastic is recycled polypropylene. In addition, 0.1 to 2 wt% of the nano-material and 0.1 to 3 wt% of maleic anhydride are added in 99.8 to 95 wt% of a main material.
