The present invention relates to a healthcare method in accordance with an analysis of an eating-out pattern, capable of effectively managing user′s health, a server thereof and a portable terminal thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the healthcare method in accordance with analysis of an eating-out pattern comprises the following steps of allowing a server to: transmit an alarm signal corresponding to eating setting information to a portable terminal of a user based on the eating setting information registered by the user; collect current location information of the portable terminal as an eating response signal to an eating intention of the user in accordance with the alarm signal is received; determine eating-out of the user based on the collected current location information and the eating setting information; collect information about an out-eating menu inputted by the user when the eating-out of the user is checked; and generate eating-out pattern information of the user based on the eating-out menu.
