The present invention is to provide chances of meet up and a messenger function for contacting each other through a function to search people in the same situation in university in a portable terminal such as a smart phone and a tablet computer. In a system for promoting friendship and attracting study members through an application, the present invention includes: an operation unit which recommends members who have similar time table format, provides information about members to eat together when Hon-Bap button is pressed, provides information about members to do the same activity right now when Sim-Sim button is pressed, and provides a service for attracting study members in university and participating in a study room after a user sets a profile in the account authorized by a university portal email through an application; and a user terminal in using the application.
