Disclosed is a hierarchical energy charging system in a block chain-based multi-domain, which classifies a plurality of domains into a hierarchical structure through an algorithm applied to priorities between the domains, intermediates trading in accordance with the priorities when trading, so as to allow trade surplus energy of the energy generated from various energy prosumer domains to another domain, through a block chain-based virtual contract.
