Provided by the present invention is a play device and snack feeder capable of olfactory activity of a pet animal. The play device and snack feeder is able to: relieve stress of a pet animal and satisfy desires; and increase insufficient olfactory activity by putting various flavors to provide a nose work function for giving olfactory stimulation to a pet animal. The present invention comprises: a male screw (11) which is formed of a soft plastic or silicon material not to cause damage on teeth of a pet animal on one side of the pet animal play device (10) divided into two; a first outlet (12a) and a second outlet (12b) which are formed on the outer surface of the pet animal play device (10) divided into two; an aromatic agent input space (13) which is included in the pet animal play device (10) having a female screw; and a first snack space (14a) and a second snack space (14b) which are formed in the divided pet animal play device (10). The first outlet (12a) and the second outlet (12b) are formed to have different diameters, and the first snack space (14a) and the second snack space (14b) are formed to have different volumes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
