The present invention relates to a welded joint with excellent low temperature impact toughness which can be used for an offshore plant and an onshore plant and a manufacturing method thereof. The welded joint with excellent low temperature impact toughness comprises: 0.04-0.12 wt% of C; 0.05-0.5 wt% of Si; 1.3-2.0 wt% of Mn; 1.0-2.5 wt% of Ni; 0.1-0.5 wt% of Mo; 0.3-0.5 wt% of Cu; 0.01-0.1 wt% of Ti; 0.01-0.04 wt% of Nb; 0.01-0.06 wt% of V; 0.02 wt% or less of P; 0.01 wt% or less of S; 0.025-0.060 wt% of O; 0.005-0.008 wt% of N; 0.0015-0.004 wt% of B; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.
