The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of gold nanoparticles which can manufacture gold nanoparticles by low-voltage electric explosion in gas. The manufacturing method of gold nanoparticles comprises: (1) a step of preparing gold wires with different diameters and supply lengths; (2) a step of preparing argon or nitrogen gas to perform electric explosion; and (3) a step of supplying a low voltage to the wires to perform electric explosion. According to the present invention, uniform gold nanoparticles with a high yield can be acquired in comparison to a conventional gold nanoparticle manufacturing method, and gold nanoparticles harmless to the human body are manufactured to be used in bio-fields such as disease treatment and microorganism analysis.
