The present invention relates to a ceiling light cover detaching device in which insertion of a V-shaped elastic pin or straight-typed leaf spring is very easy to easily and quickly perform assembly, and reduce a volume by drastic improvement of an overall structure so as to reduce waste of materials. According to the present invention, the ceiling light cover detaching device comprises: a U-shaped fixing body (210) mounted on a base plate (10) by a bolt, having front and rear parts penetrated, having upper both side ends connected to a connection unit (211), and having an elastic member insertion groove (211a) vertically formed on a rear surface of the connection unit (211); and a U-shaped sliding trapping member (220) in which a trapping jaw having an inclined contact surface (221a) at a lower side is inserted to protrude from the rear to the front of the U-shaped fixing body (210).
