According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a trout-raising management system comprising: a water tank in which water for raising trout is putted; an inspection unit inspecting a state of water for raising trout; a determination unit determining an inspection result of the inspection unit; a storage unit storing the inspection result of the inspection unit and a determination reference value of the determination unit; a change unit changing a management state of the water tank in accordance with determination of the determination unit; and an alarm unit providing an alarm to a user when the determination of the determination unit satisfies a predetermined condition. According to an embodiment of the present invention, water quality management is segmented and divided by each level to perform active water quality management in accordance with each level so as to reduce a group mortality rate of the trout.
