The present invention relates to a production method for a superhydrophobic and super oil-repellent surface body. By using localized photoliquidization of an azobenzene group-containing polymer, the surface body has superhydrophobic and super oil-repellent properties for liquids with very low surface energy such as hexane. In addition, the production method of the large area superhydrophobic and super oil-repellent surface body with low cost commercializes a superhydrophobic and super oil-repellent surface such as efficiency of a production process of a double-concave structure, realization of hydrophobic and oil-repellent properties on a bent surface, material economy, and so on, and thus can be usefully applied to stain resistant fibers or exterior materials, biofouling medical tubes, water resistant pipes having a resistance reduction effect or ship decks.
