The present invention relates to a method for providing segmented internet lectures and an apparatus thereof which can effectively provide an internet lecture which is needed for a user. The method for providing segmented internet lectures comprises the steps of: allowing an internet lecture providing device to divide an entire internet lecture into a plurality of segmented internet lectures; and allowing the internet lecture providing device to transmit at least one segmented internet lecture among the plurality segmented internet lectures to a user apparatus.
