The present invention relates to an apparatus for propagating road traffic signal information and to a method thereof. By far propagating road traffic sign information using a GDD defining information related to a road traffic sign, the apparatus recognizes road conditions ahead in advance even before passing traffic signs on vehicles including autonomous vehicles, thereby quickly responding to changes in road conditions ahead.
