The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar cage with a separation unit for maintaining the shape of a main body of a cast-in-place stake in a soft ground and a method for constructing a cast-in-place stake using the same, and more specifically, to a reinforcing bar cage, which, to install a cast-in-place stake, is installed in a casing after the casing is inserted into the ground including soft ground. To this end, the present invention comprises: a reinforced bar net; and a PVC mat of a pipe shape provided on the outside of the reinforced bar net such that the reinforced bar net can be located therein. Therefore, the reinforcing bar cage with a separation unit for maintaining the shape of a main body of a cast-in-place stake in a soft ground is characterized by installing the reinforcing bar cage before placing concrete therein, thereby installing the cast-in-place stake.
