The present invention relates to a feed composition for preventing or treating acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) and white spot syndrome (WSS), comprising a Bacillus subtilis KCCM11143P strain, culture media thereof, concentrate thereof or a dried product thereof as active ingredients. The feed composition exhibits antimicrobial activity against vibrio parahaemolycius causing shrimp with the acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease and antimicrobial activity against white spot syndrome virus causing the white spot syndrome.
