The present invention relates to a method of forming a low-resistance multi-hot-wire solar power generation heating system and a solar power generation heating system thereof and, more specifically, to a heating system forming method, capable of achieving radiant heating with far-infrared rays while performing a heating operation of a desired specification with low-voltage electricity which is no more than DC 24V, and a heating system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes: a step of forming a solar power generating part including a solar power generation facility producing (generating) electric energy by receiving solar light energy; a step of forming a power supply part outputting battery electricity by receiving the electricity produced (generated) by the solar power generating part; a step of forming a heating part including an assembly type hot wire with a low-resistance value operated by the battery electricity; a step of forming a heating system body including at least the heating part among the solar power generating part, the power supply part and the heating part; a step of forming at least one among a circuit for supplying the electricity produced (generated) by the solar power generating part and a transfer unit for transferring the electricity produced (generated) by the solar power generating part to the power supply part; and a step of forming a circuit to supply the battery electricity outputted from the power supply part to the assembly type hot wire included in the heating part.
