The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode by: synthesizing a composite having a form in which monoclinic CuF_2 nanoparticles are supported in a porous carbon material; manufacturing a kind of battery using the composite as a working electrode and a metal as a reference and counter electrode; and manufacturing an electrode on which CuF_2 nanoparticles having a face-centered cubic crystal structure are formed by performing an electrochemical reaction (forward reaction and reverse direction). According to the present invention, in view of the fact that a crystal structure of a material can play an important role in the expression of battery performance, catalyst activity, etc., the electrode containing copper fluoride nanoparticles having face-centered cubic crystal structure has a high possibility of utilization.
