The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically issuing and classifying a product transaction document and a method thereof, which automatically classify a product transaction document corresponding to product order information, and accurately input the same into a plurality of product boxes. The apparatus for automatically issuing and classifying a product transaction document comprises: a control unit for assigning at least one product box for classifying a product for each customer in accordance with the received product order information when the product order information for each customer is received from an upper computer, mapping the product order information for each customer with product box assignment information for each customer to store the same as mapping information, transmitting an output request of a product transaction document corresponding to the product order information, and transmitting a transfer request of the output product transaction document together with the mapping information when the output of the product transaction document is completed; a printer device for outputting the product transaction document for each customer corresponding to the product order information in accordance with the output request from the control unit; and a transfer device for transferring and inputting the output product transaction document into an assigned product box on the basis of the received mapping information in accordance with the transfer request from the control unit.
