The present invention relates to a wearable signal sensing device, which comprises: an elastic material having elasticity, and surrounding a human body; first and second electrodes disposed in the elastic material; and a signal sensing device disposed in the elastic material, and detecting a signal of the human body through the first and second electrodes. The signal sensing device is mounted on underwear pants to sense electrocardiogram of the human body.
