Disclosed are a method for diagnosing glaucoma using a fundus image, and a device therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for diagnosing glaucoma comprises: a data amplification step of generating a plurality of deformation images for an original fundus image based on a pretreatment image for the original fundus image; a step of training a plurality of individual learning models having different types based on the plurality of deformation images, and generating a glaucoma reading model based on output of each of the plurality of learned individual learning models; and a step of diagnosing a glaucoma level for the original fundus image based on the glaucoma reading model.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
