The present invention relates to a method for integrally settling a copyright fee for content media service and a digital rights management (DRM) copyright fee, which can integrally distribute a copyright fee for content media service and a DRM copyright fee and a recording medium for performing the method. The present invention comprises: a step of registering DRM technology from a DRM service provider in a DRM market module; a step of selling the registered DRM to a content provider through the DRM market module; a step of uploading DRM-applied content from the content provider in a cloud media service module; a step of selling content to a content purchaser through the cloud media service module; and a step of paying the content provider excluding the commission among the sales revenue obtained from the content purchaser in the cloud media services module.
