The present invention relates to a method for producing an Artemisia annua essential oil from natural Artemisia annua using high pressure steam, and a method for producing a double capsule using the same. The natural Artemisia annua essential oil of domestic production has features or advantages of being produced on an industrial scale, thereby being very advantageous in improving the domestic farm household income of Artemisia annua. In addition, a core-shell type double capsule using the natural Artemisia annua essential oil according to the present invention has an effect that can be stably applied to various types of cosmetic formulations using the natural Artemisia annua essential oil as a base material.
