One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for a service providing server to provide an IoT-based personalized health care service. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a beacon signal of an exercise device detected from a user terminal; receiving exercise information from the exercise device corresponding to the received beacon signal; storing a personal exercise record of a user based on the exercise information received from the exercise device; performing analysis based on previously stored health state information of the user and exercise record; and transmitting the personalized health care information according to the analysis result to the user terminal and providing the same to the user.
