The present invention provides a construction method for a retaining wall, using soil cement and rigid geogrid, capable of reducing storage space of a construction material of a retaining wall and consuming relatively low construction costs of the construction material of the retaining wall. According to the present invention, the construction method for a retaining wall, using the soil cement and the rigid geogrid, includes: a first step of preparing multiple pieces of rigid geogrid (10); a second step of arranging the multiple pieces of the rigid geogrid (10) and forming multiple placing spaces (11); a third step of inserting a leg of a steel plate (30) into an inclinometer (20) after inserting the inclinometer (20) into the placing space (11); a fourth step of installing a blocking film (40) formed of a nonwoven fabric material in the placing space (11) installed in front of the multiple pieces of the rigid geogrid (10); a fifth step of placing reinforcing soil (50) including soil, gravel, and soil cement in the placing space (11); a sixth step of removing the steel plate (30) inserted into the inclinometer (20); and a seventh step of forming a unit retaining wall by forming an aggregate layer (60) in the rear of the multiple pieces of the rigid geogrid (10).
